I recently visited your site and was
pleased to find my BESS picture included. The site indicated that the
roster was under
construction. I can positively identify
two in the picture. In the back row, fifth from the left, is Douglas
Sprey, MM2 (or possibly three) at the time. Also in the back row,
eighth from the left is, me, Albert W. Durkee, MM2 when the picture was
taken.
I have been looking for subject picture
for some time, knowing you were trying to resurrect the picture file. I
finally found it when digging around in the treasure chest
area. This let me know the date and class I was in so I could check your
site to see if you already had it. You did, and that
brings us to paragraph one.
