Class 110, Section 21, August 27, 1954

Gary,  My Name is Max H. Desautelle, EMC(SS), USN Retired.  I am sending you my pictures via this e-mail and hope you can put them on the site with no problem.  I work with computers, but I am not a photo expert. You have a phenomenal site and you should be extremely proud. Congratulations.

You will notice we had 36 students in class no. 110 divided in two Sections, 21 and 22.  I am in Section 22, front row 2nd from the left.  You may make out some of the names and hopefully their names will be legible.  I am rushing to get you this and am working on the name list charts and will send it to you as quick as I can.  The third photo in this package is of my first ship's party at the " Paula's Surf Room " in Groton near the bridge to New London, sometime in 1956.    I was on the Harder then and as you know all our ship's parties in those days only required our own duty officer to stay on board as the Trigger or the Trout would cover for the rest of us with volunteers.  That night it was your Trigger.  When they had theirs we would cover them also.  I will send you their names on that picture also.  I happen to be the one in the back row, 3rd from the right.  (18 yrs old).  I am in Easthampton, Ma now and work for the postal service as an Electronics Technician.  I belong to Bay State West Chapter SUBVETS Inc.

Good luck to you always, Your SubVet friend, Max  (Desi) Desautelle
